Taco Fries Recipe - Gourmet Style - Recipes by Warren Nash
If you're looking for something that's wholesome and packed full of flavor,
you need to check our my recipe for Taco Fries. For this recipe you'll need:
a handful of Grated Cheese, one cups worth of Ketchup and Mayonnaise,
some Worcester Sauce, 3 Baking Potatoes and a Chilli Con Carne
following my own recipe. To start withwe're going to make
the Pink Sauce. So to mix together the Ketchup, the Mayonnaise
and a good few dashes of Worcester Saucethen stir until it's all combined.
And if you want a bit more of an extra kick, simply add a bit more Worcester Sauce.
Once the sauce is done, you need to then get started on the Chilli. You can follow my very own chilli con Carne Recipe
by clicking on the video on-screen andthen coming back to this recipe. So once
you've started on a Chilli and is left to simmer on the hob
we then need to start the Potatoes. So washthem under the tap
then chop them into nice chunky wedges.
You then need to get a suitably sized oven tray, pour some Oil in
then heat it up in a preheated oven onabout 220c. Once the Oil has heated up
pour the Wedges into the baking tray and give them a stir until their all evenly
covered with the Oil.
You then need to stick them back in the oven for
between 30 and 40 minutes making sureyou stir a
few times in-between so they're cooked evenly. After that time
everything should be coming together. So your Chilli should have simmered down
and Potatoes should be nice and crisp. Take the Chilli off the hob and the Wedges out of the oven
then we're going to start plating up on thistrendy piece of slate. And in traditional
Taco Fries fashion,
we're going to start by serving up the Wedges. Then
pour over some of the Chilli Con Carne, followed by a good lashing of the Pink Sauce.
Then simply top it off with someGrated Cheese.
And there you have it, a gourmet spin on theclassic
Taco Fries recipe and believe me, it tastesabsolutely
sublime. And you can check out some of myrecipes by clicking on one of the videos
